Before taking Margaret’s class I was not a fan of yoga. I had tried different classes with different styles and instructors throughout the years but it never stuck and I started to think yoga just wasn’t for me. Yoga class with Margaret was like a breath of fresh air- a deep yoga breath. Her voice is calming and instructive and I found her tempo throughout class to be just the right pace for me. Every class she reminds you to thank yourself for being here and to know that being here is better than not, no matter how flexible or balanced you may be feeling that day. Since I started taking classes with Margaret, I’ve noticed the benefits in my flexibility and mindfulness long after class has ended and always look forward to the next session. I would recommend to anyone to try her class and reap the rewards.
